Job Description

• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues to drive action out of it and active to create marketing market activities
• Develop brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition
• Develop the promotional strategy and communications promotions
• Plan, coordinate and publicize the direct marketing and communication strategies
• Implementing communications plans to increase brand awareness
• Communicating brand to internal customers and stakeholders
• Knowing how to optimize social media, web analytics, email marketing, Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing will be advantage
• Monitor and review marketing project activities and ensure its completed within schedule
• Coordinate with marketing team to develop and implement operational plan of the new product launch
• Manage the marketing team consisting of 5 peoples and report directly to AVP Marketing

Job Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role, and minimum 5 years overall experience
• Have experience in Retail or FMCG
• Excellent in communication, strong analytical skill, Proactive, Creative, and Innovative
• A team player, multi-tasker, and able to work under pressure
• Detail-oriented and familiar working in fast-paced
• Strong leadership skills and having a good negotiation and strategic skill
