Job Descriptions

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor Agile development teams in understanding and adopting Scrum principles and practices. Ensure teams adhere to Agile values and Agile frameworks.
• Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress, enabling the team to meet their Sprint goals.
• Foster a collaborative and cross-functional team environment, encouraging communication and cooperation between team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by helping the team identify areas for enhancement and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Track and report key Agile metrics to monitor team performance and project progress.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed about project status, changes, and progress.
• Act as a mediator and facilitate conflict resolution within the team, promoting a positive and constructive team atmosphere.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, proactively seeking solutions to mitigate potential problems.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum framework (SAFe).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Familiarity with Agile tools and practices, such as Jira and Kanban, is a plus.
