Job Description

HR :

• Collect candidates for all divisions
• Monitoring the HR team in the recruiting process
• Make PP
• Set up SOPs and regulations for all divisions
• Create KPIs for all employees
• Provide recruiting strategies to the HR team for speed up the hiring process
• Handle payrolls

General Affair :

• Create forms related to GA
• Manage all office assets and all the branch
• Create GA templates and SOPs as needed office
• Helping with licensing as needed Company
• Help check the work of the OB team
• Routinely check branch offices and studios
• Create schedule for OB and Driver team
• Ensuring that the purchase flow is in accordance with the SOP
• Manage office petty cash
• Manage vendors and external parties related to the office

Job Requirement

• Maximum age 35 years and 3 years experience as Asst.Manager
• Minimum 5 years experience as Recruiter SPV
• Strong in Recruiting (Minimum 5 years)
• Have a soul of analysis and strategy in recruiting
• Accustomed to handling GA and procurement
• Have worked in a startup company or e-commerce
• Available for full WFO in Cisauk, Tangerang
