Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, the Indonesia-based digital Clinic Network, where our client acts as an operational partner for clinics in optimizing services to patients. Our client believes that the Connected, standardized, and targeted health services are the key to overcoming various problems in the Indonesian health industry.

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop company’s B2B market & Achieve B2B sales goals
  • Build and manage relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Build and in charge of sales division under commercial department
  • Conduct market research and intelligence to define penetration and retention strategy
  • Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives
  • Leading day to day operations of the area within the sales division, make a decision, and solve problem
  • Manage sales pipeline and source leads
  • Set client’s expectations and meet contracts requirements
  • Manage onboarding of new clients
  • Manage sales budgeting and sales volume planning, tracking and reporting, compile relevant reports for management use
  • Measure performance of team members and individual key result and establish coaching or training for improvement

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in marketing, business or equivalent is advantage
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, healthcare area is a plus
  • Experienced to lead sales team for minimum 1 year
  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Solid knowledge of sales management and B2B sales pipeline management
  • Familiarity with analytical, productivity, and reporting tools such as MS Office, Asana, Slack, LinkedIn, PBI, or etc
  • Fluency in English is required
