They are rewriting the traditional marketing playbook and They are looking for demand generation experts to lead and keep inventing our growth marketing practice.
If you have a strong track record of building a revenue-driven B2B marketing engine, and partnering with sales to deliver on revenue goals, then this is the role for you
- Lead a team of channel owners and ensure to maximize the potentials of each channel
- Identify growth opportunities, establish growth scenario, defining chapositioning & roadmap across channels, and lead the execution of initiatives
- Identify and experiment with potential channels that can unlock new source of growth
- Scaling both potential and proven channels to deliver revenue growth at highest level of efficiency
- Develop a comprehensive closed-loop marketing program to measure and drive ROI from marketing programs.
- Work with other members to strategize and execute performance campaigns
- Optimize the sales funnel by building lead nurturing and marketing automation programs to increase lead conversion rates and funnel velocity.
- Establish KPIs for all programs and track performance to ensure marketing plans are delivering expected business outcomes.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to partnering with sales to deliver on revenue targets
- Proven track record in building demand generation programs with demonstrated and impactful results in pipeline and revenue growth
- Hands-on expertise in managing diverse marketing channels with justified results in payback metrics
- Rigorously analytical and data-driven (familiarity with SQL is strongly preferred)
- Fluency and expertise in the use of common MarTech, CRM, and analytics tools
- Demonstrated project management & execution capabilities
