Job Descriptions

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the firm’s financial and business goals
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the firm, including managing staff and ensuring operational efficiency
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to grow the firm’s client base
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships through excellent communication, responsiveness, and service
  • Manage the firm’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and excellence
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • At least 7 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role at one of the Big 4 consultancy firms is preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving business results and driving growth
  • English Fluency
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasting, financial reporting and procurement
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behaviour
