Job Descriptions

• Design and guide user research with field research team
• Wireframing or basic sketching on mockup designs
• Compile and create interactive interface design elements. Such as menus, tabs, widgets, buttons, sliders, page navigation, layouts, icons, animations and so on
• Determine typography, color palettes, images, and other visual elements for the final design to be ready to develop into an application or website
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to clarify product goals and identify areas where customer research can provide greater insight
• Analyze the insight from qualitative and quantitative to bring comprehensive research recommendations for product and business team
• Plan and conduct interviews, user survey, card sorting and usability tests
• Identify and understand the company strategies and direction and contribute by seeking relevant insights into user needs and market trends
• Build research roadmap and conduct thoughtful research on company strategy, products, and services to help our growing base of users

Job Requirements

• Graduated from a reputable university and has at least 3 years of experience in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design in a product environment
• Understand the making of wireframing and mockup using software tools as the initial design of website or application
• Strong understanding of basic UI design methods, theory, and practice. Such as branding, typography, color, design pattern, and so on
• Able to visualize user flow in using the sites and applications
• Ability to identify research opportunities, research planning, execution, synthesize, until insights and recommendation delivery with the right methods based on research questions that we want to know
• Deeply understand the people’s problems through several practices like probing and triggering think out loud while making sure there is less bias as possible, such as missing context, leading questions, and other prohibited approaches in user research
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
