Job Description

  • Managing all staff in 3 companies in the group
  • Checking DKP payroll every month
  • Responsible for staff leave
  • Responsible for staff behavior
  • Responsible for staff’s psychological state (must consistently monitor staff performance, address any shortcomings by engaging with staff to identify issues, and offer assistance to resolve them)
  • Responsible for the recruitment process
  • Conducting interviews for new staff and providing accurate input
  • Reporting to the Board of Directors if necessary
  • Maintaining healthy relationships between staff members and between staff and the Board of Directors
  • Fostering a sense of camaraderie in the workplace, remaining neutral and unbiased towards staff

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
  • Maximum age of 40 years
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the same job and level
  • Familiarity with employee recruitment processes and basic labor laws
  • Proficiency in recruitment assessment tools
  • Prior experience in a Manufacturing Company
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Demonstrates strong analytical thinking
