Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, an express courier arm from one of the biggest airline company in Indonesia with aim to leverage on its aircraft fleet, widest destination and quality of service to become leader in the market.
Engaged in courier services that serve domestic and international shipments, the company is supported by the network and infrastructure of the airline group as one of the largest airlines. Currently, our client has 7000 partners spread throughout Indonesia to help people connect without time and distance limits.

Job Descriptions:
- Be the mastermind of entire tech team in our client
- Grow and improve engineering organizations to support business growth, including structures, hiring, and upskilling
- Ensuring technology standards and best practices are met, including security, scalability, monitoring process & SDLC
- Grow and lead a talented engineering team, developing the careers and technical capabilities of all team members
- Consistently evaluates technical efficiency and makes changes as necessary
- Set the technical vision and develop the technical strategy to support the goals of the business
Job Requirements:
- Extensive software engineering experience in total (10+ years) in a fast-paced environment (startup leadership experience preferred), with proven people management skill with at least 5 years’ experience in leadership/ managerial role.
- Have a good knowledge of logistics industry will be a big plus
- Ability to lead team and drive high levels of engagement and performance
- Exceptional strategic, technical, analytical and critical thinking with good business sense and strong ability to make good decisions, take actions and make things happen
- Able to align multiple strategies and ideas
- Excellent leadership, management skills, and verbal and written communication skills
