Job Descriptions

  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
  • Owning and hitting/exceeding quarterly sales targets
  • Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion
  • Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Work collaboratively across teams – including Engineering, Product and Marketing

Job Requirements

  • 8 years of relevant sales experience including management of SDR and AE functions and a strong track record of exceeding quota
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets, especially selling to CHRO and HR directors
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Flexibility and collaborative attitude to work in a startup environment
  • Can do attitude and obsession for deliverables, timelines and follow-up
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesian (Read, Speak, Write, Listen)
  • Willingness to put in 200% and overtime if needed to get things done
  • Fast learner and self-motivated and self-starter
